ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. All hot food with sauces sold will be served in plastic trays.
2. No smoking will be allowed in the premises.
3. An incident book will be maintained and all incidents of crime and disorder will be recorded. The incident book shall be made available on request to officers of the Police and Licensing Authority.
4. Disruptive customers will be refused entry and service and the management will take steps to control numbers entering the premises.
5. The fire safety measures with which the premises are provided will be maintained in good working order, and their adequacy will be determined on a regular basis, by the carrying out of a fire risk assessment as required by, and in accordance with the Fire Precautions (Workplace) Regulations.
6. The main door(s) will be kept shut after 12.00 mid night to minimise noise.
7. To minimize the effect of littering, the applicant will provide litter bins both inside and directly outside the premises. During opening hours, and at the close of business, arrangements must be made for litter emanating from the business to be collected from the immediate vicinity and stored inside the premises pending collection.
8. The licensable activities authorised by this licence will be confined to the areas that are outlined in BLUE on the plan accompanying the licence.
