ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. An experienced senior member of staff will be on duty who has experience in dealing with disorder and working with the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary.
2. Any music played will be at a low volume.
ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
1 CCTV will be installed, maintained and operated to the satisfaction of the Chief Officer of Police and the Licensing Authority
2 CCTV recordings will be maintained for an appropriate period of time (generally one month - but to be agreed with Police and Licensing Authority).
3 If the CCTV equipment is inoperative, the Police and Local Authority will be informed as soon as possible and immediate steps will be taken to put the equipment back into action.
4 A notice will be displayed at the entrance to the premises advising that CCTV is in operation.
5 To minimize the effect of littering, the applicant will provide litter bins both inside and directly outside the premises. During opening hours, and at the close of business, arrangements must be made for litter emanating from the business to be collected from the immediate vicinity and stored inside the premises pending collection.
ANNEXE 4 - PLAN APPROVED BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
The extent of the area within which late night refreshment will be permitted is as shown outlined in RED on the plan accompanying the licence.
