ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 CCTV will be installed, maintained and operated to the satisfaction of the Chief Officer of Police and the Licensing Authority.
2 CCTV recordings will be maintained for an appropriate period of time (generally one month - but to be agreed with Police and Licensing Authority).
3 If the CCTV equipment is inoperative, the Police and Local Authority will be informed as soon as possible and immediate steps will be taken to put the equipment back into action.
4 A notice will be displayed at the entrance to the premises advising that CCTV is in operation.
5 All requirements relating to the radio link with the police will be complied with at all times.
6 A notice shall be displayed at the entrance and inside the premises indicating that the radio link is in operation.
7 Hot food will be cooked to order.
8 Fire extinguishers and fire blankets and any other fire safety equipment required or recommended by the fire service is installed and maintained in good and efficient working condition at the premises.
9 The customer waiting area is kept clean and bins are provided for customer use.
10 Where there are inadequate council provided rubbish bins and where it will not cause an obstruction rubbish bins will be provided.
11 During opening hours arrangements must be made at regular intervals for litter emanating from the business to be collected and stored inside the premises in suitably secure rubbish bins pending collection.
12 Bags of rubbish will not be left outside the premises overnight.
13 When the premises close all litter on the pavement or road outside the premises will be collected and stored inside pending collection.
14 Public access to the premises is limited to the area shaded in PINK on the plan accompanying this licence.
15 Free drinking water will be made available.
16 Notices prohibiting smoking are exhibited and a smoking ban is strictly enforced.
17 A valid certificate of insurance for public liability is clearly displayed.
18 An adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials are available on the premises.
19 There shall be no gaming machines located anywhere on the premises.
