ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. CCTV will be installed inside and outside the premises and will be operated and maintained to the satisfaction of the Police and Local Authority.
2. CCTV recordings will be retained for one month.
3. If the CCTV equipment is inoperative the Police and the Local Authority will be 3informed as soon as possible and immediate steps to be taken to restore the equipment to full working order.
4. A notice will be displayed at the entrance to the premises advising that CCTV is in operation.
5. The fire safety measures with which the premises are provided will be maintained in good working order and their adequacy is determined on a regular basis by the carrying out of a fire risk assessment (as required by and in accordance with the fire precautions (workplace regulations). The applicant understands that the fire safety of occupants is also influenced by numbers of persons present, their disposition and the activities taking place, and therefore undertakes to maintain a safe occupancy limit.
6. All disruptive customers will be refused entry and service and the management will immediately notify the police of the incident.
7. Only plastic cutlery will be provided to customers purchasing food or drink.
8. To minimize the effect of littering, the licence holder will provide litter bins both inside and directly outside the premises.
9. During opening hours, and at the close of business, the licence holder will ensure litter emanating from the business is collected from the immediate vicinity and stored inside the premises pending collection.
10. A minimum of three litter patrols will be carried out by staff on all days the premises are open to the public, the details of which shall be agreed by the Licensing Authority.
11. The waste bins will be cleaned on a daily basis.
12. All the rubbish produced by the premises will be stored securely in a designated area or in a bin with a tight fitting and lockable lid.
13. The shared access way at the rear of the premises (over which the Charcoal Grill has pedestrian right of way only) will be kept clear from obstructions at all times.
14. The rear door to the premises will be kept shut at all times except when being used as a means of ingress or egress.
15. Last orders for the provision of late night refreshment shall at 1:45 am on all nights the premises are open to the public.
16. The licensable activities authorised by this licence will be confined to the areas that are outlined in RED on the plan deposited and approved by the Licensing Authority.
