ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. All staff members will be trained and informed of the licensing objectives.
2. All staff (4) will be encouraged to complete a B11AB level 2 qualification.
3. Recipients will be scrutinised to assess suitability to receive quantities of traditional ale.
4. No deliveries will be completed if the recipient looks under 21 years of age and fails to prove they are over 18years old.
1. Large amounts of alcohol will not be delivered to a small premises.
2. Members of the public will not be encouraged to visit the brewery.
3. All staff members will be trained in emergency procedures,
4. The electrical system, including portable appliances will be inspected and tested annually by a competent person to ensure safety. A competent person will be a qualified electrician who is registered with the ECA or NICEIC
5. The Gas System, including appliances, will be inspected and tested by a CORGI registered gas engineer annually and a satisfactory Gas Safety Certificate will be obtained.
6. Delivery of goods to the premises will be restricted to the normal working day.
7. Handling of casks, bottles and similar items will be restricted to late mornings, afternoons and early evenings.
8. No alcohol will be sold to anyone under the age of 18. Proof of age will be required if recipient appears to be under 21.
9. A proof of age policy agreed by the police and local authority will be enforced.
10. The licensable activities authorised by this licence will be confined to the areas that are outlined in RED on the plan accompanying the licence.
