ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 CCTV is installed, maintained and operated to the satisfaction of the Chief Officer of Police and the Licensing Authority.
2 CCTV recordings will be maintained for an appropriate period of time (generally one month - but to be agreed with Police and Licensing Authority)
3 If the CCTV equipment is inoperative, the Police and Local Authority will be informed as soon as possible and immediate steps will be taken to put the equipment back into action.
4 A notice will be displayed at the entrance to the premises advising that CCTV is in operation.
5 All requirements relating to the radio link with the police will be complied with at all times.
6 A notice shall be displayed at the entrance and inside the premises indicating that the radio link is in operation.
7 Fire extinguishers and fire blankets and any other fire safety equipment required or recommended by the fire service is installed and maintained in good and efficient working condition at the premises.
8 Where there are inadequate council provided rubbish bins and where it will not cause an obstruction rubbish bins will be provided.
9 During opening hours arrangements must be made at regular intervals for litter emanating from the business to be collected and stored inside the premises pending collection.
10 Bags of rubbish will not be left outside the premises overnight.
11 When the premises close all litter on the pavement or road outside the premises will be collected and stored inside pending collection.
12 The licensable activities authorised by this licence will be confined to areas that are outlined in PINK on the plan accompanying this licence.
