ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Conditions Consistent with the Operating Schedule
1. The premises will be under the direct supervision of the Licence Holder at all times.
2. The premises will supply food and non alcoholic drink only for consumption off the premises.
3. No alcohol will be stored or sold at the premises.
4. All food and drink containers will be plastic or polystyrene.
5. No customers carrying open or sealed containers of alcohol will be admitted to the premises at any time.
6. No customers will be permitted to consume alcohol on the premises.
7. The Licence Holder shall keep an ‘Incident Report Register’ to the satisfaction of the police and the Licensing Authority, in which full details of all occurrences of violent and/or disorderly conduct involving patrons of the premises are recorded. The Register is to be kept on the premises at all times and shall be made available for inspection by a police officer or duly authorised officer of the Licensing Authority. Register shall be retained for at least 12 months from the last entry.
8. Free drinking water will be available at all times.
9. An adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials will be available for the use of patrons.
10. The fire safety measures with which the premises are provided will be maintained in good working order and their adequacy is determined on a regular basis by the carrying out of a fire risk assessment (as required by and in accordance with the fire precautions (workplace regulations). The applicant understands that the fire safety of occupants is also influenced by numbers of persons present, their disposition and the activities taking place, and therefore undertakes to maintain a safe occupancy limit.
11. The premises will be regularly inspected by the Health and Safety Authority.
12. Noise emanating from the premises after midnight will not be clearly distinguishable above background levels and shall not cause a statutory nuisance.
13. The delivery of goods will be restricted to the normal working day.
14. The Applicant will ensure that rubbish from the premises is cleared from the immediate area and containers used by the Premises will be distinctively coloured to ensure that this can be done.
15. The extent of the area within which the provision of late night refreshment will be permitted is as outlined in red on the plan deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority.
