ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. All staff will receive adequate training to ensure they are aware of all the social and legal obligations of all relevant legislation.
2. The level of lighting outside the premises will be maintained at an acceptable level.
3. CCTV maintained and operated to the satisfaction of the Chief Officer of Police and the Licensing Authority.
4. CCTV recordings will be maintained for an appropriate period of time (generally one month - but to be agreed with Police and Licensing Authority)
5. If the CCTV equipment is inoperative, the Police and Local Authority will be informed as soon as possible and immediate steps will be taken to put the equipment back into action.
6. A notice will be displayed at the entrance to the premises advising that CCTV is in operation.
7. Any person who appears to be intoxicated will not be allowed entry to the premises.
8. Where used, text/radio pagers will be monitored by a responsible member of staff.
9. All drinks will be dispensed in toughened glasses.
10. Only passports or photographic driving licenses will be accepted as proof of age.
11. Free drinking water will be available at all times.
12. A person trained in first aid will be on the premises when licensable activities are being provided.
13. The premises will only provide family orientated entertainment
14. Any person who a member of staff believes to be under the age of 18 will be required to produce proof of age before being allowed to purchase or consume alcohol.
15. The extent of the areas within which the various licensable activities will be permitted is as indicated by the legends on the plan deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority.
