ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The permitted hours to sell alcohol on this licence do not prohibit or restrict on the licensed premises the sale or supply to, or consumption of alcohol by, any person residing on the premises.
2. The permitted hours to sell alcohol on this licence do not prohibit or restrict the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to any private friends of a person residing there who are bona fide entertained by them at their own expense, or the consumption of persons so supplied.
3. The permitted hours to sell alcohol on this licence do not prohibit or restrict the supply of alcohol for consumption on premises to persons employed there for the purposes of the businesses carried on by the holder of the licence, or the consumption of liquor so supplied, if the liquor is supplied at the expense of their employer or of the person carrying on or in charge of the business on the premises.
4. No licence is required for the provision in the premises of public entertainment by the reproduction of wireless (including television) broadcasts or programmes included in any programme service (within the meaning of the Broadcasting Act 1990) other than a sound or television broadcast service or of public entertainment by way of music and singing only which is provided solely by the reproduction of recorded sound.
5. All staff will receive adequate training to ensure they are aware of all the social and legal obligations of all relevant legislation.
6. The level of lighting outside the premises will be maintained at an acceptable level.
7. CCTV maintained and operated to the satisfaction of the Chief Officer of Police and the Licensing Authority.
8. CCTV recordings will be maintained for an appropriate period of time (generally one month - but to be agreed with Police and Licensing Authority)
9. If the CCTV equipment is inoperative, the Police and Local Authority will be informed as soon as possible and immediate steps will be taken to put the equipment back into action.
10. A notice will be displayed at the entrance to the premises advising that CCTV is in operation.
11. Any person who appears to be intoxicated will not be allowed entry to the premises.
12. Where used, text/radio pagers will be monitored by a responsible member of staff.
13. All drinks will be dispensed in toughened glasses.
14. Only passports or photographic driving licenses will be accepted as proof of age.
15. Free drinking water will be available at all times.
16. A person trained in first aid will be on the premises when licensable activities are being provided.
17. The premises will only provide family orientated entertainment
18. Any person who member of staff believes to be under the age of 18 will be required to produce proof of age before being allowed to purchase or consume alcohol.
19. Only passports or photographic driving licenses will be accepted as proof of age.
