ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Embedded Conditions Consistent with the Licensing Act 1964
1. Suitable beverages other than intoxicating liquor (including drinking water) shall be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as an ancillary to meals served in the licensed premises.
2. No licence is required for the provision in the premises of public entertainment by the reproduction of wireless (including television) broadcasts or programmes included in any programme service (within the meaning of the Broadcasting Act 1990) other than a sound or television broadcast service or of public entertainment by way of music and singing only which is provided solely by the reproduction of recorded sound.
Conditions Consistent with the Operating Schedule
1. Intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied on the premises otherwise than:
(a) to persons taking table meals and for consumption by such a person as an ancillary to his meal, or
(b) to persons ordering take away meals for consumption either on the premises whilst they wait for their take away order to be complete or to be consumed off the premises as an ancillary to their take away meal.
2. All bottles and glasses will be removed from public areas as soon as they are finished with or are empty.
3. A proof of age policy agreed by the police and local authority will be enforced.
4. All exit doors are regularly checked to ensure that the function satisfactorily.
5. Adequate arrangements exist at the premises to enable the safe evacuation of all individuals in the event of an emergency.
6. Adequate and appropriate first aid equipment and materials are available on the premises.
7. The premises does, and will continue, to submit to annual safety checks and will comply with the recommendations put forward by the various inspecting bodies.
8. It is not anticipated that the premises will pose a major public nuisance as it is a restaurant only and will not play host to loud music or other entertainment.
9. All ventilation and extraction systems are designed and maintained so as to prevent noxious smells causing any nuisance to nearby properties.
10. Customers shall be asked to be considerate to neighbours and leave the premises as quietly as possible at night.
11. The licensable activities authorised by this licence will be confined to the areas that are hatched in PINK on the plan deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority.
