ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Embedded Conditions Consistent with the Licensing Act 1964
1. The permitted hours to supply alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in the club premises where they are residing.
2. The permitted hours to sell alcohol on this licence do not prohibit or restrict, during the first twenty minutes after the end of permitted hours the consumption of alcohol on the club premises.
3. The permitted hours to sell alcohol on this licence do not prohibit or restrict, during the first thirty minutes after the permitted hours the consumption of alcohol on the club premises by persons taking meals there if the alcohol was supplied for consumption as ancillary to the meals.
Conditions Consistent with the Premises Operating Schedule
1. The committee, an officer of the club or staff member may exclude anyone on the grounds that their behaviour or presence may be prejudicial or incompatible with the aims or good conduct of the club or to the Police Service in general.
2. The committee may at any time prohibit any game, social activity or similar event on the grounds that it may be prejudicial or incompatible with the aims or good conduct of the club or to the Police Service in general.
3. The committee will expel any member who offends against club rules or whose conduct shall render them unfit for membership.
4. The committee will bar any individual who offends against club rules or whose conduct shall render them unfit for membership. The committee will also bar any individual who acts in this manner who is not a member but a guest or visiting team member.
5. The emergency lighting with which the premises are provided shall be maintained in efficient working order and be in operation during the whole time that the public are in the premises.
6. The premises will have a satisfactory NICEIC or ECA periodic emergency lighting report. An inspection will be carried out every year and a new report obtained each time.
7. There will be full compliance with all public safety legislation, including suitable and clearly marked fire escapes.
8. Suitable signage at the exit to request the co-operation, of patrons in particular, to be as quiet as possible when leaving the premises.
9. All music will be kept to a reasonable volume and all windows will be kept shut at the front of the premises to prevent noise pollution.
10. No child under the age of 14 years to remain in the premises after 9:00 pm except on a special occasion and with the prior approval of the committee
11. No person under the age of 18 years to be introduced to the club without an accompanying responsible parent or adult.
12. Persons under the age of 18 years will not be permitted to use the gaming machine.
13. The licensable activities authorised by this licence will be confined to the areas that are shaded in PINK on the plan deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority.
