ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. Door staff will be employed at the discretion of the D.P.S. or senior member of staff.
When such doorstaff are required suitable numbers of door staff registered with the Security Industry Authority (SIA) must be employed.
2. All doorstaff must:
(a) Be correctly registered with the SIA
(b) Display the correct name badge
(c) Carry proof of registration
(d) Be used at a ratio of 1:75 or as may be agreed in writing by the Licensing Authority.
3. CCTV must be installed, operated and maintained to the satisfaction of the Licensing Authority.
4. CCTV recordings must be maintained for a period of one month or for a period of time to be agreed in writing by the Licensing Authority.
5. If the CCTV equipment is inoperative the Licensing Authority must be informed as soon as possible and immediate steps to be taken to restore the equipment to full working order.
6. A notice must be displayed at the entrance to the premises advising that CCTV is in operation.
7. The licence holder must ensure that all staff are aware of the social and legal obligations and their responsibilities regarding the sale of alcohol.
8. Plastic glasses must be used at all large events held at the premises.
9. Staff must be trained in all aspects of Health and Safety and updated on a regular basis.
10. Staff must receive first aid training.
11. Staff must have a current Criminal Records Bureau check in place.
12. The premises must have a Child Protection Policy in place.
13. A proof of age policy agreed in writing by the Licensing Authority must be enforced.
14. Staff must check identification for proof of age of persons attending all events involving the sale of alcohol at the premises.
15. A member of the College Welfare Team must be on call and available on a 24 hour rota basis.
16. The provision of Licensable Activities outdoors for (A) Plays, (E) Live Music, (F) Recorded Music, (G) Performance of Dance, (H) Anything Similar to Live and Recorded Music and Performance of Dance, (I) Provision of Facilities for Making Music and (J) Dancing will be restricted to the months of June to September only.
17. The premises will not be open to the general public but will be restricted to students of the college, staff and pre-arranged commercial groups and visitors.
18. The licensable activities permitted by this licence are restricted to the areas that are hatched in PINK on the plan deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority.
