ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The Executive Committee will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Licensing Act.
2. Executive Committee members will be present on all official and social occasions.
3. The Club will have a designated security liaison member on the Executive Committee who will have regular contact with the Police and Licensing Authority.
4. The club will maintain control of gate entry and will have infra red lights covering the club house and boatyard.
5. CCTV will be installed, maintained and operated to the satisfaction of the Chief Officer of Police and the Licensing Authority
6. CCTV recordings will be maintained for an appropriate period of time (generally one month - but to be agreed with Police and Licensing Authority)
7. If the CCTV equipment is inoperative, the Police and Local Authority will be informed as soon as possible and immediate steps will be taken to put the equipment back into action.
8. A notice will be displayed at the entrance to the premises advising that CCTV is in operation.
9. The Club will have a designated Health & Safety officer on the Executive Committee.
10. The fire safety measures with which the premises are provided will be maintained in good working order and their adequacy is determined on a regular basis by the carrying out of a fire risk assessment (as required by and in accordance with the fire precautions (workplace regulations). The club understands that the fire safety of occupants is also influenced by numbers of persons present, their disposition and the activities taking place, and therefore undertakes to maintain a safe occupancy limit.
11. An adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials will be available for the use of patrons.
12. The Club will maintain an accident record book.
13. Details of the emergency services and the nearest hospital and surgery will be posted prominently by the Club telephone.
14. Attendance at social events will be restricted to 100 persons and at meetings to 120 persons.
15. The main entrance to the club will be fitted and maintained with an automatic closing device and will be kept closed during social activities.
16. Members of the Executive Committee will ensure that activities in the Club House will not cause a public nuisance.
17. The extent of the area within which the various licensable activities will be permitted is as shown shaded in PINK on the plan deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority. The area shown on the plan shaded GREEN and marked bar will be use for the sale and supply of alcohol only.
