ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied:
(i) Unless the premises have been structurally adapted and bona fide used, or intended to be used, for the purposes of habitually providing the customary main meal at midday or in the evening, or both, for the accommodation of persons frequenting the premises;
(ii) On the premises otherwise than to persons taking table meals there and for consumption by such a person as an ancillary to their meal.
2. Suitable beverages other than intoxicating liquor (including drinking water) shall be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as an ancillary to meals served in the licensed premises.
CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE PREMISES OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. Alcohol will only be served to customers during permitted hours and while eating a meal.
2. No customers will be permitted to take open containers of alcoholic or soft drinks from the premises.
3. Alcohol will only be sold on the premises.
4. Customers sat in the outside area will be served by waiter/waitress service to prevent any disorder and noise issues.
5. The outside area will only be used up until 8::30 pm as evening meals will not be served outside.
6. Customers using the outside area will be shown/advised of the nearest exit.
7. We will have a policy not to serve customers who become abusive in any manner.
8. We will constantly monitor alcohol supplies and all doors will be locked after service.
9. All staff will be trained in licensing matters and emergency procedures
10. All 'exit' signs shall be maintained in a good state of repair.
11. A senior member of staff (manager) will assess the impact of any noisy activities on neighbouring residential premises at the start of the activity/entertainment and periodically throughout the activity/entertainment
12. The designated premises supervisor, or such person so authorised by him, will control the volume of music or other apparatus used.
13. All children on the premises shall be supervised at all times by a responsible adult over 18 years of age.
14. The licensable activities authorised by this licence will be confined to the areas that are shaded in PINK on the plan accompanying the licence. The outside area marked ‘grass area’ shaded in pink shall only be used for the sale/supply of alcohol by waiter/waitress service only.
