ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 The proprietor will have regular contact with the Licensing Authority and the Police.
2 A proof of age policy agreed by the Police and Licensing Authority will be enforced.
3 An anti drug policy, agreed by the Police and Licensing Authority, will be in force.
4 The electrical system, including portable appliances will be inspected and tested annually by a competent person to ensure safety. A competent person will be a qualified electrician who is qualified to complete works as per the I.E.E. wiring Regulations 16th Edition or is registered with the ECA or NICEIC.
5 The Gas System, including appliances, will be inspected and tested by a CORGI registered gas engineer annually and a satisfactory Gas Safety Certificate will be obtained.
6 All Fire Exits will be kept clear.
7 A senior member of staff will assess the impact of any noisy activities on neighbouring residential premises at the start of the activity/entertainment and periodically throughout the activity/entertainment.
8 Management will control the sound levels of the music/entertainment.
9 Suitable signage will be displayed at the exit to request the co-operation, of patrons in particular, to make as little noise as possible when leaving the premises.
10 All bins will be regularly emptied throughout opening hours.
11 All outside areas will be maintained in a clean and tidy state.
12 No customers will be permitted to take open containers of alcoholic or soft drinks from the premises.
13 The licensable activities authorised by this licence will be confined to the area(s) which are hatched in red on the plan attached to this licence.
