ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The provision of a 30 minute extension of opening hours after the end of the sale of alcohol will provide a cooling down period allowing the last drink to be consumed less hurriedly. Access to the premises toilet facilities will be maintained during this period.
2. The licensee will give five days notice in writing to the Chief Officer of Police of any event that is planned to take place on the premises.
3. CCTV will be installed, maintained and operated to the satisfaction of the Chief Officer of Police and Local Authority.
4. Recordings will be maintained for an appropriate period of time (generally one month - but to be agreed with Police and Local Authority).
5. If the CCTV equipment is inoperative, the Police and Local Authority will be informed as soon as possible and immediate steps will be taken to put the equipment back into action.
6. A notice will be displayed at the entrance to the premises advising that CCTV is in operation.
7. Regular liaison with the police will be maintained.
8. A proof of age policy agreed by the police and local authority will be enforced.
9. There will be a zero tolerance to drugs and their use, possession or supply on the premises will result in the Police being called and the culprit probably being reported to the Publicans Association to consider a ban.
10. Any gas system including appliances will be inspected and tested by Corgi Registered Gas Engineer annually and a satisfactory gas safety certificate will be obtained.
11. All fire exits will be kept clear and all means of escape will be signed in accordance with BS5499.
12. Exit doors will open outwards (or will be secured in the open position)
13. When disabled people are present adequate arrangements will exist to enable their safe evacuation in the event of an emergency.
14. All regulated entertainment will end and the cease of the sale/supply of alcohol with a 30 minute wind-down period.
15. The management and staff will make regular checks of noise levels whenever there is regulated entertainment and appropriate action will be taken to minimise disturbance to nearby residents.
16. Patrons will be asked not to stand around talking in the street outside the premises or any car park; and asked to leave the vicinity quickly and quietly.
17. To minimise the effects of litter the management will provide litter bins for customers use both inside and outside the premises and they will be emptied regularly.
18. Patrons will not be permitted to take drinks away from the premises apart from those purchased as off sales.
19. The sale by retail/supply of alcohol will be confined to the area hatched in RED on the plan(s) deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority.
