ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. A secure area will be made available in the premises for customer belongings.
2. An incident book will be maintained and a record detailing all incidents of public disorder will be kept and made available for inspection by officers of relevant statutory bodies.
3. Customers will not be permitted to take open containers of alcohol or soft drinks off the premises.
4. The electrical system at the premises, including portable appliances will be inspected and tested annually by a competent person to ensure safety. (The installation will have a full inspection at least every 3 years and be tested annually. A competent person will be a qualified electrician who is qualified to complete works as per the I.E.E. wiring Regulations 16th Edition or is registered with the ECA or NICEIC).
5. Where temporary electrical equipment is to be used, a suitable circuit breaker device will be installed to cover this equipment.
6. The circuit breaker should operate at a current not exceeding 30 MA and should comply with BS 4293.
7. The device will be tested monthly and tests will be recorded.
8. Temporary electrical wiring and distribution systems will not be installed unless inspected by a suitable qualified electrician. Temporary electrical wiring and distribution systems will comply with BS 7671 or where applicable BS7909.
9. The electrical system, including portable appliances will be inspected and tested annually by a competent person to ensure safety. A competent person will be a qualified electrician who is registered with the ECA or NICEIC.
10. The Gas System, including appliances, will be inspected and tested by a CORGI registered gas engineer annually and a satisfactory Gas Safety Certificate will be obtained.
11. All safety certificates and inspection reports will be kept on site and made available for inspection by officers of relevant statutory bodies.
12. All staff will be trained in licensing matters and emergency procedures.
13. The delivery of goods will be restricted to the normal working day.
14. Bottle skips and bins containing cans or bottles will not be emptied outside after 10:00 pm but will be dealt with the next day during normal office hours.
15. The movement of bins and rubbish outside the premises will be prohibited after 10:00 pm.
16. Ventilation equipment will be regularly cleaned and maintained to control the levels of odour generated by the premises.
17. The licensable activities authorised by this licence will be confined to the areas that are shaded in PINK on the plan deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority.
