ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. All staff will be encouraged to take professional qualifications and be B.I.I. members.
2. Membership of the Local Licensees Association will be maintained.
3. An incident book and recorded details of all incidents or public disorder will be kept and made available for inspection by officers of relevant statutory bodies.
4. Irresponsible drinks promotions will not be permitted, and the Standards for the Management of Standard Drinks Promotions produced by the British Beer and Pub Association will be complied with
5. Free drinking water will be available at all times.
6. Electrical, Fire and Gas Safety Certificates will be kept on site and are available for inspection by relevant statutory bodies.
7. All safety certificates and inspection reports will be kept on site and made available for inspection by officers or relevant statutory bodies.
8. The applicant’s arrangements for first aid provision will include a first aid box, an adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials to be used by patrons.
9. To minimise the effect of littering, the applicant will provide litter bins both inside and directly outside the premises. During opening hours, and at the close of business, arrangements must be made for litter emanating from the business to be collected from the immediate vicinity and stored inside the premises pending collection.
10. Suitable signage at the exit to request the co-operation, of patrons in particular, to make as little noise as possible when leaving the premises.
11. The management will control noise levels of music and entertainment to ensure it is not intrusive to nearest residents.
12. Secure baby changing facilities will be provided at the premises.
13. A policy will be put in place which will restrict children’s access when adult entertainment takes place in the premises.
14. A proof of age policy agreed by the police and local authority will be enforced.
15. The licensable activities authorised by this licence will be confined to the areas that are outlined in RED on the plan accompanying the licence.
