ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. Intoxicating liquor shall not be sold on the premises otherwise than to persons taking table meals there and for consumption by such person as an ancillary to his meal.
2. Suitable beverages other than intoxicating liquor shall be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as an ancillary to meals served in the licensed premises
3. A proof of age policy to the satisfaction of the police and local authority will be in place.
4. Bottled alcohol to be served by the glass and no customers will be permitted to take open bottles or containers of alcoholic drinks from the premises.
5. All bottles and glasses will be removed from public areas as soon as they are finished with or are empty.
6. Alcohol will only be served between the hours of 11.00am and 5.30pm, and then only with a plated meal.
7. The electrical system at the premises, including portable appliances will be inspected and tested annually by a competent person to ensure safety.
(The installation will have a full inspection at least every 3 years and be tested annually. A competent person will be a qualified electrician who is qualified to complete works as per the I.E.E. wiring Regulations 16th Edition or is registered with the ECA or NICEIC.)
7. All emergency exits will be clearly signed.
8. Fire extinguishers are located in both the public and staff areas.
9. Trained first aiders are always on duty during the hours that the premises are open to the public.
10. Seating is arranged so that it allows clear access to emergency exits.
11. Staff are trained in general safety precautions and to evacuate the building in an emergency.
12. Music in the restaurant will from a CD or cassette player, played only between 10.00am and 5.30pm and always kept at a reasonable sound level.
13. The delivery of goods is restricted to the normal working day.
14. All waste produced by the premises will be stored securely in a designated area or in a bin with a tight fitting lid.
15. Bottle skips and bins containing bottles and cans will be emptied during normal working hours.
16. There is no provision of gaming machines on the premises
17. At no time will there ever be provision of adult entertainment on the premises.
18. The extent of the areas within which the various licensable activities will be permitted is indicated by the legends on the plan(s) deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority.
