ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The premises will be alarmed when the premises are closed.
2. CCTV will be installed operated and maintained to the satisfaction of the Police and Local Authority.
3. CCTV recordings will be retained for one month.
4. The CCTV equipment will be checked on a regular basis.
5. If the CCTV equipment is inoperative the Police and the Local Authority will be informed as soon as possible and immediate steps to be taken to restore the equipment to full working order.
6. A notice will be displayed at the entrance to the premises advising that CCTV is in operation.
7. All staff will be trained in licensing matters and emergency procedures.
8. The emergency lighting with which the premises are provided shall be maintained in efficient working order and be in operation during the whole time that the public are in the premises.
9. Qualified First Aiders will be available on the premises.
10. All bottles and glasses and rubbish will be removed from public areas on a regular and frequent basis.
11. All extraction systems will be maintained and will discharge into non-public areas.
12. No music of any description will be played on the premises.
13. Child’s seating with suitable harnessing will be provided on the premises.
14. The licensable activities authorised by this licence will be confined to the areas that are hatched in RED on the plan accompanying the licence.
