ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Conditions Consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 The premises must be a member of the Licensees Association and a representative will attend Licensees Association meetings.
2 The premise’s management must maintain the exterior lighting in all public areas.
3 All safety certificates and inspection reports must be kept on site and made available for inspection by officers of relevant statutory bodies.
4 Patrons must be asked not to stand around talking in the street outside the premises or any car park and asked to leave the vicinity quickly and quietly.
5 All kitchen staff staff must be required to obtain basic food hygiene certificates.
6 Non alcoholic drinks must always be available when the premises are open.
7 The manager or senior member of staff must monitor the behaviour of customers to ensure that there is no crime and disorder and that the conditions of the Licensing Act are complied with.
8 All persons under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult when on the premises and at all times.
9 The staff will organise taxis for customers if requested.
10 All external doors and windows must be kept shut, other than for access and egress in all rooms when events involving amplified music or speech or other entertainment likely to give rise to noise.
11 The licensable activities authorised by this licence will be confined to the areas which are outlined in RED on the plan accompanying the licence.
