ANNEXE 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
1. The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the certificate, to members of the club for consumption on the premises.
2. The alcohol supplied for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container.
3. The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to a club member.

ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. There will always be a member of the Management Committee on duty as the bar manager.
2. The management at the premises will ensure that staff are aware of the social and legal obligations and responsibilities regarding the sale of alcohol.
3. All guests will be strictly controlled as per the submitted rules of the club.
4. The licensable activities authorised by this licence will be confined to the areas that are outlined in PINK on the plan deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority.
