  ANNEXE 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  1.              a)              There shall be no sale or supply of alcohol when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of this premises licence or at a time when the said premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or when his/her licence is suspended.

                b)              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

  2.              a)              Admission of children (under the age of 18) to any exhibition of films must be restricted in accordance with the film classification applied by the body designated as the authority under Section 4 of the Video Recordings Act 1984.

  b)              Where the film classification is not specified or where the Licensing Authority notifies the licence holder that Section 20(3) (b) applies to the film in question, admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made by the Licensing Authority.

  3.                            Any person used to carry out a security activity as required under condition 4 of the premises operating schedule must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.

  ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1.              The licence holder, or persons authorised by them, must control the volume of regulated entertainment taking place at the premises.

  2.              Prominent, legible notices requesting people to leave the club premises and the area quietly must be displayed at all exists.

  3.              Membership of the Local Licensees Association must be maintained.

  4.              Suitably qualified door supervisors must be employed when the premises are open to the public past midnight and both music and dancing or live entertainment, including discos, are taking place.  Door supervisors must be employed 30 minutes prior to the commencement of the entertainment to 30 minutes after the end of the entertainment.

  5.              Door supervisors must be used at a ratio of 1:75 or as may be agreed in writing by the Licensing Authority.

  6.              Door supervisors must wear clothing that makes them clearly identifiable in that role.

  7.              Within six months from the date the licence was granted CCTV must be installed, maintained and operated to the satisfaction of the Licensing Authority.

  8.              CCTV recordings must be maintained for a period of one month or for a period of time to be agreed in writing by the Licensing Authority.

  9.              If the CCTV equipment is inoperative the Licensing Authority must be informed as soon as possible and immediate steps to be taken to restore the equipment to full working order.

  10.              A notice must be displayed at the entrance to the premises advising that CCTV is in operation.

  11.              The consumption of alcohol outside must not be permitted after 9:00 pm.

  12.              The fire safety measures with which the premises are provided must be maintained in good working order, and their adequacy will be determined on a regular basis, by the carrying out of a fire risk assessment as required by, and in accordance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.  The applicant understands that the fire safety of occupants is also influenced by numbers of persons present, their disposition and the activities taking place, and therefore undertakes to maintain a safe occupancy limit.

  13.              The licence holder, or persons authorised by them, must take steps to ensure that noise levels after midnight must not exceed the background level of noise in the neighbourhood.

  14.              The club must have a policy in place for all persons involved with children and youth football to have a current criminal records bureau check.

  15.              Prominent, legible notices must be displayed to prevent any person under 18 years of age from purchasing alcohol or cigarettes.

  16.              No person under the age of 18 years must be admitted into the premises whilst entertainment of an adult nature is taking place.

  17.              Any person attempting to purchase alcohol who looks under the age of 21 years must be asked for proof of age.

  18.              Drinks for consumption in outside areas must be served in plastic or toughened glass.

  19.              The licensable activities authorised by this licence must be confined to the area within the RED line on the plan deposited with and approved by the licensing authority.

  ANNEXE 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY

   

  1        All external doors and windows must be kept shut, other than for access and egress, in all rooms when events involving amplified music or speech or other entertainment are likely to give rise to noise.

  2        Patrons must be asked not to stand around talking in the street outside the premises and asked to leave the vicinity quickly and quietly.

  3.              Irresponsible drinks promotions must not be permitted, and the Standards for the Management of Responsible Drinks promotions including Happy Hours produced by the British Beer and Pub Association will be complied with.

  4.              All bottles, glasses and rubbish must be removed from public areas on a regular and frequent basis.
