  ANNEXE 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  1.              The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the certificate, to members of the club for consumption on the premises.

  2.              The alcohol supplied for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container.

  3.              The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to a club member.

  Where the club certificate authorises the exhibition of films conditions (a) & (b) are mandatory

  a)              Admission of children (under the age of 18) to any exhibition of films must be restricted in accordance with the film classification applied by the body designated as the authority under Section 4 of the Video Recordings Act 1984.

  b)              Where the film classification is not specified or where the Licensing Authority notifies the licence holder that Section 74(3)(b) applies to the film in question, admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made by the Licensing Authority.

  ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  Embedded Conditions Consistent with the Licensing Act 1964

   

  1.              The permitted hours to supply alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in the club premises where they are residing.

  2.              The permitted hours to sell alcohol on this licence do not prohibit or restrict, during the first twenty minutes after the end of permitted hours the consumption of alcohol on the club premises.

  3.              The permitted hours to sell alcohol on this licence do not prohibit or restrict, during the first twenty minutes after the permitted hours, the taking of alcohol supplied in club the premises from the premises unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel.

  4.              The permitted hours to sell alcohol on this licence do not prohibit or restrict, during the first thirty minutes after the permitted hours the consumption of alcohol on the club premises by persons taking meals there if the alcohol was supplied for consumption as ancillary to the meals.

   

  Conditions Consistent with the Operating Schedule

   

  1.              The Club has in the past been active in securing a good relationship with the local residents, and will ensure that noise etc is kept to acceptable levels.

  2.              Most licensable activities will take place within the bar area.

  3.              The Club is an affiliated member of the Sid Vale Publicans Association, from which we have adopted their guidelines on crime and disorder.

  4.              Membership of the Local Licensees Association will be maintained.

  5.              The fire safety measures with which the premises are provided will be maintained in good working order and their adequacy is determined on a regular basis by the carrying out of a fire risk assessment (as required by and in accordance with the fire precautions (workplace regulations). The applicant understands that the fire safety of occupants is also influenced by numbers of persons present, their disposition and the activities taking place, and therefore undertakes to maintain a safe occupancy limit.

  6.              The club will not allow any glasses/bottles outside of the premises, plastic glasses etc will be provided for such use.

  7.              Suitable signage at the exit to request the co-operation, of patrons in particular, to make as little noise as possible when leaving the premises.

  8.              The Club will have in place in accordance with the Devon County Football Association a policy for all persons involved with children to have a check with the CRB before being allowed to be involved with youth football etc.

  9.              The club will have notices in place to prevent children purchasing alcohol and cigarettes.

  10.              The club will have a policy restricting any event involving adult entertainment to over 18 year olds only.

  11.              The licensable activities authorised by this licence will be confined to the areas that are shaded in PURPLE on the plan deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority.
