ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Embedded Conditions Consistent with the Licensing Act 1964
1. The permitted hours to supply alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in the club premises where they are residing.
2. The permitted hours to sell alcohol on this licence do not prohibit or restrict, during the first twenty minutes after the end of permitted hours the consumption of alcohol on the club premises.
3. The permitted hours to sell alcohol on this licence do not prohibit or restrict, during the first twenty minutes after the permitted hours, the taking of alcohol supplied in club the premises from the premises unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel.
4. The permitted hours to sell alcohol on this licence do not prohibit or restrict, during the first thirty minutes after the permitted hours the consumption of alcohol on the club premises by persons taking meals there if the alcohol was supplied for consumption as ancillary to the meals.
Conditions Consistent with the Premises Operating Schedule
1. The club will be run and operated in a manner consist with the Operating Schedule served on the Licensing Authority at the time of application for this Club Premises Certificate.
2. The bar area within the club house will be maintained secure and separately alarmed.
3. All monies and all unopened spirit bottles kept on the premises will be secured within the alarmed bar area.
4. The fire safety measures with which the premises are provided will be maintained in good working order and their adequacy is determined on a regular basis by the carrying out of a fire risk assessment (as required by and in accordance with the fire precautions (workplace regulations). The applicant understands that the fire safety of occupants is also influenced by numbers of persons present, their disposition and the activities taking place, and therefore undertakes to maintain a safe occupancy limit.
5. The club will ensure that the premises occupancy never exceeds that which is safe.
6. There will be regular health and safety inspections carried out on behalf of the club.
7. Three first aid boxes will be provided and the contents checked on a regular basis.
8. Notices prohibiting the sale or supply of alcohol to persons under 18 years will be clearly displayed within the club premises.
9. No gaming machines will be permitted in the club premises.
10. No smoking will be permitted in the club premises.
11. Any drinks taken out of the pavilion onto the outside bowling green area will be dispensed into non-breakable containers.
12. The club will ensure that it has a registered child protection officer in place at all times.
13. The sale by retail/supply of alcohol will be confined to the area(s) as outlined in RED on the plan deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority.
