ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Embedded Conditions Consistent with the Licensing Act 1964
1. The permitted hours to supply alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in the club premises where they are residing.
2. The permitted hours to sell alcohol on this licence do not prohibit or restrict, during the first twenty minutes after the end of permitted hours the consumption of alcohol on the club premises.
3. The permitted hours to sell alcohol on this licence do not prohibit or restrict, during the first thirty minutes after the permitted hours the consumption of alcohol on the club premises by persons taking meals there if the alcohol was supplied for consumption as ancillary to the meals.
Conditions Consistent with the Operating Schedule
1. The Club operates according to rules set by a Management Committee.
2. Policy directives have been developed and will be maintained on health and safety, fire and child protection.
3. The Club undergoes annual health, hygiene and fire inspections.
4. All safety certificates and inspection reports will be kept on site and made available for inspection by officers or relevant statutory bodies.
5. The Club has a security system installed which will be maintained.
6. The Club is a members only club and only accompanied guests are permitted on a limited basis.
7. Emergency exits and wheelchair ramps have been installed and agreed with the Fire Authority.
8. Procedures for evacuation in the event of emergency are practised and known by members
9. Sound is contained within a double glazed environment and is kept to a minimum consistent with consideration of properties within the vicinity of the Club.
10. A child protection policy has been implemented and is publicly displayed within the Club. There is a formal statement within the club rules (rule 17). These are overseen by an appointed child protection officer.
11. The Club conforms to guidance issue by the four national bowling associations in observing measures to ensure the protection of children from harm.
12. The licensable activities authorised by this licence will confined to the areas outlined in RED on the plan deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority except for the area hatched in RED which is for consumption of alcohol only.
