ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. CCTV will be installed, maintained and operated to the satisfaction of the Chief Officer of Police and the Licensing Authority.
2. CCTV recordings will be maintained for an appropriate period of time (generally one month - but to be agreed with Police and Licensing Authority)
3. If the CCTV equipment is inoperative, the Police and Local Authority will be informed as soon as possible and immediate steps will be taken to put the equipment back into action.
4. A notice will be displayed at the entrance to the premises advising that CCTV is in operation.
5. An intruder alarm system will be installed and maintained.
6. All fire exits and means of escape will be signed in accordance with BS5499.
7. The emergency lighting with which the premises are provided shall be maintained in efficient working order and be in operation during the whole time that the public are in the premises. The existing system must illuminate all exit signs, doorways, step and passages forming exit routes from the licensed premises and including the gardens and car park and shall be independent of the normal lighting system.
8. All staff will receive training on licensing issues.
9. An anti drug policy, agreed by the Police and local authority, will be in force.
10. The club will have an open invitation to the Police to stop and search persons on the premises.
11. The club will have an appointed fire officer.
12. The premises will hold regular fire evacuation drills.
13. A Qualified First Aider will be appointed for the premises.
14. Prominent and clear legible notices will be displayed at all exits requesting patrons to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and the area quietly.
15. A child protection policy agreed by the Police and Licensing Authority will be in place.
16. There will be a designated children’s room which will be covered by C.C.T.V.
17. Children will only be allowed entry to the club when accompanied by an adult.
18. The licensable activities authorised by this licence will be confined to the areas that are shaded in PURPLE on the plan deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority.
