ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The premises must be run as a Rugby Club with membership and club rules.
2. Suitably qualified door supervisors must be employed when the premises are open past midnight and both the provision of regulated entertainment and the supply of alcohol are taking place.
Where door supervisors are required to be employed under Condition 2 above, Conditions 3, 4 and 5 shall also apply.
3. Door supervisors must be employed 30 minutes prior to the commencement of the entertainment to 30 minutes after the end of the entertainment.
4. Door supervisors must be used at a ratio of 1:75 or as may be agreed in writing by the Licensing Authority.
5. Door supervisors must wear clothing that makes them clearly identifiable in that role.
6. Prominent, legible notices requesting people to leave the premises and the area quietly must be displayed at all exists.
7. The fire safety measures with which the premises are provided must be maintained in good working order, and their adequacy must be determined on a regular basis, by the carrying out of a fire risk assessment as required by, and in accordance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
8. Drinks for consumption in outside areas must be served in plastic or toughened glass.
9. The Designated Premises Supervisor or such persons nominated by him must ensure that all external doors and windows are kept shut, other than for access and egress, in all rooms when events involving amplified music or speech or other entertainment are likely to give rise to noise.
10. The Designated Premises Supervisor or such persons nominated by him must ensure that after 12 midnight they control the volume of regulated entertainment taking place at the premises.
11. No one under the age of 18 years must be admitted into the premises whilst entertainment of an adult nature is taking place.
12. Prominent, legible notices must be displayed in the premises stating that customers may be challenged about their age.
13. A proof of age policy agreed in writing by the Licensing Authority must be enforced.
14. The exetent of the area for licensable activities will be a shown outlined in RED on the plan submitted to and approved in writing by the Licensing Authority.
