ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The licence holder must ensure that, through regular training, all staff are aware of the social and legal obligations and their responsibilities regarding the sale of alcohol and provision of licensable activities.
2. At least one member of the East Devon Golf Club Committee will be attendance when club functions are held at the premises.
3. No drinks will be served in bottles.
4. Irresponsible drinks promotions must not be permitted, and the Standards for the Management of Standard Drinks Promotions produced by the British Beer and Pub Association will be complied with.
5. All parts of the premises and equipment therein must be maintained in good order and in a safe condition.
6. The electrical system at the premises, including portable appliances must be inspected and tested annually by a competent person to ensure safety and a satisfactory inspection report obtained. A competent person will be a qualified electrician who is registered with the ECA or NICEIC.
7. The Designated Premises Supervisor or such staff so nominated by him will carry out regular inspections of the premises to ensure that facilities and working practices comply with relevant HSE guidelines. The findings of such inspections will be recorded.
8. All safety certificates and inspection reports must be kept on site and made available for inspection by officers of relevant statutory bodies.
9. The fire safety measures with which the premises are provided must be maintained in good working order, and their adequacy will be determined on a regular basis, by the carrying out of a fire risk assessment as required by, and in accordance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
10. All external doors and windows must be kept shut, other than for access and egress, when regulated entertainment takes place at the premises and is likely to give rise to noise.
11. The designated premises supervisor, or such person so authorised by him, must control the volume of regulated entertainment taking place at the premises.
12. Photographic ID only will be accepted as proof of age.
13. No person under the age of 18 years will be permitted to attend club functions unless accompanied by a responsible adult.
14. The extent of the areas within which the various licensable activities will be permitted are indicated as follows on the plans deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority. Regulated Entertainment and Entertainment Facilities will be provided within the areas shown hatched in red and the Sale of Alcohol will be confined to those areas shown hatched green and marked Bar Servery.
