ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The Budleigh Salterton Croquet Club must continue to be run as a members type club and maintain rules.
2. Irresponsible drinks promotions must not be permitted, and the Standards for the Management of Responsible Drinks promotions including Happy Hours produced by the British Beer and Pub Association will be complied with.
3. All staff must be trained in all aspects of Health and Safety and updated on a regular basis.
4. The licence holder must ensure that all staff receives appropriate training regarding emergency and general safety precautions and procedures.
5. The licence holder must ensure that a designated member or members of the club are present to supervise the running of the premises and the sale/supply of alcohol.
6. The licence holder must ensure that all staff are aware of the social and legal obligations and their responsibilities regarding the sale of alcohol.
7. Children must only be allowed on the premises if accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 years.
8 The licensable activities authorised by this licence will be confined to the area(s) hatched in PINK on the plan deposited with and approved by the Licensing Authority.
