  • Animal Boarding,
  • Club Licensing (alcohol and entertainment),
  • Charitable Collections,
  • Motor Salvage Operators,
  • Pet Shops,
  • Premises Licences (alcohol and entertainment),
  • Riding Establishments,
  • Scrap Metal Dealers,
  • Sex Shops,
  • Street Trading,
  • Tattooing,
  • Piercing & Electrolysis,
  • Temporary Events (TENs)
  • and Zoos.

In the meantime application forms for these are available via the Licensing Information Pages.

Client Accounts

Members of the public are now able to set up an on-line client account. As well as having access to the Public Registers during January 2010 they will be able to make applications online for the licensing formalities listed above.

If you are an existing licence-holder (or have previously been licensed by the Council's Licensing Team), please FIRST email: licensing@eastdevon.gov.uk or telephone the Licensing Team on 01395 517411/517410 for a 'client activation key'. Agents/Solicitors making an application on behalf of an existing licence holder must similarly obtain their client's activation code to enable access to existing licences. When an activation keys is requested it will be sent by post to the client's address as logged by the District Council. Third party consultees such as the Fire Authority and Trading Standards should contact the Licensing Team once they have created an account to enable the correct level of access.
