ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. CCTV will be installed operated and maintained to the satisfaction of the Police and Local Authority.
2. CCTV recordings will be retained for one month.
3. The CCTV equipment will be checked on a regular basis.
4. If the CCTV equipment is inoperative the Police and the Local Authority will be informed as soon as possible and immediate steps to be taken to restore the equipment to full working order.
5. A notice will be displayed at the entrance to the premises advising that CCTV is in operation.
6. The sale of alcohol will be by way of waiter/waitress service.
7. The regulated entertainment will be in the main background music or other entertainment the prime objective of the premises shall be the provision of food.
8. Substantial food shall be available through out the hours the premises are open to the public.
9. The fire safety measures with which the premises are provided will be maintained in good working order and their adequacy is determined on a regular basis by the carrying out of a fire risk assessment (as required by and in accordance with the fire precautions (workplace regulations). The applicant understands that the fire safety of occupants is also influenced by numbers of persons present, their disposition and the activities taking place, and therefore undertakes to maintain a safe occupancy limit.
10. All recommendations of the Devon Fire and Rescue Service or other Responsible Authorities will be acted upon.
11. All safety certificates and inspection reports will be kept on site and made available for inspection by officers or relevant statutory bodies.
12. A proof of age policy to the satisfaction of Police and Local Authority will be enforced.
13. Patrons will be reminded not to stand around talking in the street outside the premises or any car park, and where necessary on leaving be asked to leave the vicinity quickly and quietly.
14. Children under the age of 18 years must be accompanied on the premises by an adult at all times.
15. The will be no gaming or entertainment machines on the premises.
16. The licensable activities authorised by this licence will be confined to the areas that are hatched in PINK on the plan accompanying the licence.
